Constructing above an active transit corridor with 4,200+ subcontractor deliveries required precise logistical choreography. A bespoke vibration dampening system protected neighbouring foundations throughout the build.

Our proprietary digital twin platform enabled real-time clash detection across 94 subcontract packages. Offsite modular MEP prefabrication cut installation time by 31%, compressing a 22-week programme to 14.
